Make time for yourself, even 5 minutes a day.

Don't always put yourself last because you will never find extra time. Setting care for yourself as a daily priority isn't selfish.

You allow yourself time to care for your outside; to shower, brush your teeth, to get dressed... Allow time for your inside, too.

Quiet time, learning time, happiness time --  whatever that is to you.

It's all part of keeping your emotional and mental states  clean, refreshed, and healthy.
