Up for a challenge
Children are a great example of optimism and persistence.
Somewhere along the line that gets "no'd" out of them and reality becomes diminished to a world of "cants." It's not any parents fault, really, it just gets passed down generation to generation.
"It's too hard" becomes a reason to not pursue dreams and goals. In this way, "easy" becomes tied to "good," and "difficult" becomes tied to "bad."
But easy just means "without great effort" and the opposite of easy is "challenging."
So, to take on a challenge of a dream or goal is an adventure in self-discovery when entered and pursued with optimism and persistence.
Now that doesn't sound "bad" at all.
