Stop apologizing for having a different opinion.

"I'm sorry but I don't agree."

can become,

"I respect your opinion but I don't agree."

Your thoughts and beliefs have worth and value.

If you apologize for them, it doesn't seem "polite," it seems like you think something is wrong with them.
