Really winning an argument
Winning an argument means resolving it.
It doesn't mean proving the other person wrong, bringing up old stuff to embarrass or shame them, or quitting out of frustration and telling everyone else just how wrong they were.
Make sure the goals of any disagreement are to:
1. understand the other person's point of view and
2. come up with a solution that works for both of you.
