Let Your Mind Wander
Where do you let your mind wander?
They say that happiness takes place in the present, and not to get caught up in pain of the past or in worry over the future.
But sometimes, the present is a pretty tough spot.
In those times, while the present still needs your attention, if you allow your mind to wander a little, it may actually help you get through.
Think of some things in your past; a fantastic day, weekend, year, or think of some plans you have in the future; vacation plans, retirement plans, meeting up with old friends.

When the present just seems to be one wrong turn after another, let your mind wander to those other places a little, and remember all the great things you have already experienced, and of all the fun times that you have yet to enjoy.
Though doing this won't solve any problems in the present, it sure can make them seem not so large, as you realize they are truly only temporary.
